Tattoo pliers - 4,5,6 space

What it is:
These Tattoo Pliers are used to apply permanent ear tattoos to livestock by pressing tattoo letters into the skin. Suitable for use on cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs.

Tattooing is a reliable method for animal identification — especially in stud herds, auctions, or regulatory compliance. These pliers hold your tattoo letters securely and create sharp, readable impressions when used with tattoo paste.

Available Sizes:

• 4-space pliers
• 5-space pliers
• 6-space pliers

Choose the correct plier size based on the number and type of letters or characters you need to apply.

How to choose your size:

• Vertically oriented characters (normal upright letters, even if upside down like ∀) = 1 space
• Horizontally oriented characters (e.g. rotated V appears as "<") = 2 spaces

Some manufacturers make characters that only take up 1 space regardless of orientation, in which case a 4-space plier may be sufficient.

Farmer Tip:
Count the total space your chosen tattoo letters will use before buying your pliers. For example:

A setup like A2V< = 1+1+1+2 = 5 spaces → choose a 5-space plier
