Refund & Returns Policy – Bovivet

Thank you for shopping at Bovivet (www.bovivet.co.za).

We value your trust and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You may return a product within 30 calendar days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging and undamaged in any way.

Important exclusions:

Vaccines may not be returned under any circumstances (for safety and cold-chain reasons).
Medicines may only be returned if the seal is completely intact and unopened.
Once a seal is broken, the product cannot be accepted back.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
For card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
The product has been opened, used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
The item falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., opened medicines, vaccines, perishable feed).
